出现此行为的原因是,默认情况下,NCO 提取与请求的变量“关联”的所有变量。这样用户就可以获得他们需要的一切,而无需自己寻找。换句话说,这是一个功能,而不是一个错误。要仅提取明确请求的变量,请使用 -C 开关,记录于here,例如
ncks -C -v ta temp1.nc out.nc
文档还展示了如何去除与 CF 约定相关的变量,同时保留坐标等各种较长的选项。
只是为了提供 NCO 的另一个命令行替代方案,您也可以使用 CDO,
命令是:
cdo selvar,variable_name input.nc output.nc
