Instagram的：如果他们是在我自己的跟踪器列表检查配置文件名称

我的想法是建造一检查，如果输入配置文件名或者是不是在我的Instagram页面的跟踪器列表的形式。只需一个简单的表格，是这样的：

由于Instagram的API几乎是不赞成我在想，如果有一种方式来获得一个跟踪器列表...或其他方式来获得一个“真”或进行到底“假”。
