我可以：-启动DB，能够连接SQLPLUS、App Designer、Data Mover-启动App Serv(监听端口7000、9000)-启动Web Serv-访问网页(Web Serv运行正常)
当我加载PIA登录页面时，我得到了TPESVCERR错误（默认设置错误）.如果我尝试通过PIA登录，也会出现同样的错误。

我不认为Web Serv和App Serv之间的连接有什么问题，(当我关闭App Serv时，Web Serv会抱怨App Serv不可用)从日志上看，PSAPPSRV在处理GetCertificate请求时崩溃了，debug信息说 "无法确定异常位置"，这很麻烦。

8:51 PT版本只认证Oracle Tuxedo 10.3.0.0.0版本。
而你使用的是11g版本，这可能是AppServer崩溃的问题。
