Maven目标没有附加到阶段

我正在尝试运行一些Selenium测试，但它不能将jetty的开始附加到maven的预集成测试阶段。所以我试图调查这个问题，而且似乎Maven并没有在我指定的阶段执行我的目标。

我找到了this的例子并将其复制。我创建了一个插件，当我明确地调用它时它工作正常。但是当我尝试将它附加到验证阶段并运行mvn validate时，我没有看到“你好!!!”输出。它只是告诉我在没有调用howdy-world目标的情况下建立成功：/（这与我的码头没有在集成测试阶段开始一致）

如何在验证阶段通过时运行此目标？
