  'touch' is not recognized as an internal or external command, 
   operable program or batch file.

我的python版本是3.7.3，而我的django版本是2.2.4。我错过了什么吗？

触摸是Linux和unix的专用命令，而不是Windows的命令。也不要Django（这是一个框架）。

如果要创建一个空文件，这是命令。
