未创建日志文件

我需要一个全局记录器，我可以在我的项目中的多个类中使用它。我想在ini文件中设置记录器。

在解析设置ini之前，需要注册过滤器工厂。

没有工厂，过滤器不会被解释，最终会过滤掉所有内容。
