Maven发布：准备无法提交父模块

Question

我想通过两个步骤使用maven发布插件发布一个版本：

1. mvn clean release:prepare
2. mvn release:perform

它在最后两个版本中运行良好，但在将我的IDE从intellij更改为eclipse之后，我无法使用apache-maven 3.5.3和eGit 4.9.2以这种方式执行发布。

我项目的一般结构是：

parent-dir
    -> pom.xml
    -> child1-dir
           -> pom.xml
    -> child2-dir
           -> pom.xml

child1和child2包含jar的代码和包装，父母有包装目标pom。在父pom.xml中配置maven-release-plugin：

该插件使用正确的版本＃更新所有poms，提交更改并推送到两个子模块的远程存储库。但是对于父模块，我在日志的末尾得到以下错误：
