此时，Microsoft Edge绝对不支持“accept”属性。我确认你的行为在边缘“不行”，但是通过Edge右上方的东西在IE中出现。

Edge状态显示为“正在考虑中”，在https://wpdev.uservoice.com/forums/257854-microsoft-edge-developer/suggestions/13661175-full-spec-support-for-accept-in-input-type-file只有198票。
