因为第一个仓库添加成功，所以我断定网络连接或代理没有问题。我可以打开错误消息中提到的 .yaml 文件，但是没有 yaml 的 url 给出 http 404。我猜文档有问题。

我不知道为什么，但不知何故，我们的代理让 bitnami 而不是契约经纪人。我按照here所述添加了代理环境变量，并且能够添加图表。
