因为公认的答案并没有解决问题。

尝试input事件而不是keyup

$("#filter").on("input", function() {.....

然后清除所需事件的过滤器输入字段。

$(".clear-btn").on("click", function() {
  $("#filter").val("").trigger("input");
});
