在android studio 3.1.3中集成任何库时无法解决依赖性错误

Question

最近我每次都得到“无法解决Ddependency”错误时将android studio更新为3.1.3。坚持这个问题我已经浪费了几天解决这个错误但没有任何作用。请帮我解决这个错误。我已经在这里上传了我的gradle文件以及错误日志。
