我想在条件满足时复制一行，我搜索并构建了这段代码。

我希望我的代码要做的是复制一行，如果C列的单元格中的值的长度超过15次重复1次，如果超过30次重复它2次，它将在它下面创建一个副本然后继续到下一行，依此类推，直到结束。
