Posix Timer 定时器不准确

根据 VXWorks 的文档,时钟分辨率取决于硬件,“很多情况下是 1/60 秒”。

表格中显示的值以 1/60 秒为增量,与文档中的分辨率相匹配。这些值不是随机的,而是符合预期的。
