我有两个表一个表(Parse_Table)

File_ID|Start_Pos|Length|Description

您可以使用标准解码技巧获得“close-ish”来旋转表格,假设预期最大字段数上限。

可以从SQL语句返回未知数量的列,但它需要使用PL / SQL,ANY类型和Oracle数据盒构建的代码。
