错误消息显示您缺少type1cm包。似乎MacPorts includes it as part of texlive-latex-extra。

在Ubunutu 14.04机器上，上述答案的组合起作用。我sudo apt-get install dvipng，texlive-latex-extra和texlive-fonts-recommended包，这就是诀窍：
