我正在docker 18.x的ubuntu 18.4上运行hyperledger fabric 1.4，一切运行正常，但突然收到上述错误。尝试了不同的方法，例如将docker-compose-cli.yaml更改为docker-compose.yaml，删除了docker，docker compose和所有相关内容（如docker映像），并重新安装了最新的docker和docker-compose，重新克隆了样本的结构样本和docker映像。 。但问题仍然存在。

The ERROR shows that no such file or directory but i have the file docker-compose-cli.yaml in the same directory
