当然是编程错误。

两条线

config= "/var/www/cgi-hg/hgweb.cgi"

更改为

config= b"/var/www/cgi-hg/hgweb.cgi"

b 以某种方式表示编码？

application = hgweb("hgweb.config")

成为

application = hgweb(config)

hgweb() 调用需要一个上面设置的变量作为配置？
