我最终的解决方案是使用更高版本的.NET - 4.6.2改进了DPI支持,因此当我在应用程序清单中应用高DPI设置时,我的应用程序中的这个问题就解决了。

如果您的目标是.NET 4.6.2或更高版本,则会隐式启用DPI Scaling。你不需要任何其他东西。
