正如braX指出的那样，您正在遍历目录中寻找“* .xls”文件。如果您的文件是“.xlsx”，那么您将找不到任何匹配项。

更新您的文件名字符串，定义如下：

Filename = Dir(Path & "*.xls*")

额外的通配符将允许您查看.xls文件和.xlsx。当然，这提供了所提供的路径是正确的。
