纯粹从你的帖子来看（我没有尝试自己编译程序），这可能是这三个问题之一：

  • 命令行中库的顺序错误（尝试在其中添加一个 
    -lcrypt32
    ）
  • 您的mingw-w64包提供的导入库不完整（可以使用
    nm libcrypt32.a | grep ' T '
    检查）
  • 函数导入不正确（
    dllimport
    vs. 
    dllexport
    vs. 未修饰、调用约定，...）

再次检查错误日志后，我倾向于相信这是第一个选项，因为 libcrypto 似乎是从 libcrypt32 导入函数，但是 

-lcrypto
几乎位于命令行的末尾，并且后面没有任何 
 -lcrypt32
。

根据传说 CertFreeCertificateContext 包含在 

crypt32
中，所以你需要 
-lcrypt32

OpenSSL 通常会为您提供此信息，但您需要正确调用它，例如 --static

$ pkg-config --libs libcrypto
-L/.../lib -lcrypto
$ pkg-config --libs --static libcrypto
-L/.../lib -lcrypto -lws2_32 -lgdi32 -lcrypt32

后者是正确的，所以你需要让你的程序正确使用库，在我的例子中，这是一个配置设置

 --pkg-config-flags="--static"
