我从控制面板上快速拉出窗口功能窗口，您可以打开/关闭Windows 10计算机上的任何窗口功能。

1. 按Window + R.
2. 输入appwiz.cpl并按Enter键。
3. 单击左侧导航窗格中的Turn Windows features on or off。

我怀疑Windonws 10是否支持启用或禁用Windows 10的默认安装附带的.Net Framework 4.6.x。它仅支持启用默认情况下未启用的.Net Framework 4.7 Advanced Services。
