我做错了什么？新的 EK_TM4C123GXL 板无法工作。 Hello World 项目构建正常，但是在烧写或调试该项目时，出现错误：

我也有同样的错误。如果有人解决了请指出。

它在设备模式下工作正常，与串行监视器成功连接也响应基本命令。但是，当我尝试调试它或刷新新固件时，它会显示此错误。我已经更新了驱动程序并重新安装了 CCS (Code Composer Studio)。还没有任何效果。
