win10中的tensorflow-gpu：ImportError：DLL加载失败

• Tensorflow 1.12（pip3 install --upgrade tensorflow-gpu）

• cudNN 7（cudnn-9.1-windows10-x64-v7）
• GTX 965M

我还设置了环境变量：

CUDA_PATH

Path

我复制了NVDIA Toolkit文件夹中的cudNN文件：

尝试使用此命令将Tensorflow降级到1.10：

pip install tensorflow-gpu==1.10.0
