今天早上我也遇到了同样的错误；经过 4 个小时的尝试，并用完这个月的全部誓言捐款后，我偶然发现了一个解决方案。

我通过自制程序安装了 Python3，但 Xcode 12 在周末更新并在我的机器上劫持了它。无论 Python 3 的 Xcode 安装包含什么，它也会尝试设置包含 ARM 架构的 CFLAGS - 这会导致错误。

如果运行

python3 -m sysconfig
，它将输出一个巨大的变量列表。扫描一下它们，如果它指向您的 XCode 安装的 python，而不是您的 
/usr/local/{wherever brew installed version 3.x of python}
中的 Python，那么这可能是同一个问题。

我最终解决了这个问题：

  • 为此项目停用我的 virtualenv
  • 删除项目的virtualenv文件夹
  • 运行brew doctor并遵循建议以确保设置正确的文件夹和链接

昨天早上我把macos的版本从10.15.4升级到10.15.7之后，所有的python虚拟环境都被废除了。
