角色'my_role_1'未授予ADMIN选项

grant my_role_1 to ktest1 with admin option;

要授予一个角色，你必须要么已经被授予该角色与 ADMIN OPTION 或已获准 GRANT ANY ROLE 系统权限，或者您必须创建角色。
