我无法真正评论Windows API(我从未使用它),但我知道如果您在HID报告描述符中指定报告ID,那么报告ID将占用数据包的第一个字节,其余部分数据包是您的有效负载,否则您的数据包都是有效负载,并且不会发送REPORT_ID。在您的情况下,您的RD指定REPORT_ID和63字节有效负载,因此我将指定长度64,并将REPORT_ID放在第一个字节中。
