Windows 上的 PyTorch 仅支持 Python 3.8-3.11。

但是在 PyPi 上，torch 的稳定版本（即版本 2.4.1）支持 Python 3.8 - 3.12。 Python 3.12 Windows 有轮子，如here所示。

但是，尚不支持Python 3.13。要使用此包，请降级到受支持的版本（可能是 Python 3.12）。
