配置服务器未从 GitHub 获取 Department-service.properties 文件

我的配置服务器未从 GitHub 获取 

department-service.properties
文件（当我将属性直接放入文件 
application.properties
 而不使用配置服务器时，DepartmentApplication 可以正常工作）。

运行 DepartmentApplication 后出现的错误
