Windows 7 docker虚拟机连接问题

我正在尝试使docker工具箱在Windows 7上正常工作。

我已启动虚拟机并且能够将其插入。

但是当我执行docker run hello-world时我得到

Unable to find image 'hello-world:latest' locally
docker: Error response from daemon: Get https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/: proxyconnect tcp: dial tcp: lookup https on 192.168.0.1:53: no such host.

我也尝试过对虚拟机执行ping操作，而Windows pc中没有响应。
