服务器：ftps://publishedprices.co.il

密码为空

并且与

lftp -u XXXX: publishedprices.co.il

服务器对主 FTP 端口和数据连接 (...21) 使用不同的 IP 地址 (...22) 是非常不寻常的。

由于服务器在 

PASV
响应中返回无效 IP 地址是很常见的，因此最新版本的 Python（3.6 及更高版本）中的 ftplib 会忽略返回的 IP 地址，并始终连接到数据连接的主地址。请参阅无法使用 ftplib 列出 FTP 目录 – 但 FTP 客户端可以工作。

虽然您的服务器不寻常，但您实际上想要相反的情况。设置 

FTP.trust_server_pasv_ipv4_address
使 ftplib 连接到服务器返回的实际 IP 地址：

ftps.trust_server_pasv_ipv4_address = True
file_list = ftps.nlst()
