但是,在某些情况下,程序可能希望调用srand。一种是生成可预测的结果,通常用于测试或调试。在那里,您使用srand($seed),每次都使用相同的$seed

并且正是出于您的目的

另一种情况是,您可能想在srand之后调用fork,以避免子进程与父进程共享相同的种子值(因此彼此共享)。
