所以我克隆了https://github.com/waleedka/coco到我的本地设备。然后当我跑步时，我得到了上述错误。我正在运行的确切命令是 - 

C:\Users\Admin\Desktop\coco-master>python3 PythonAPI/setup.py build_ext install

python setup.py build_ext --inplace
