sklearn'预处理器'子模块在导入时不可用

我发现了一些其他的帖子，比如this one抱怨无法导入关于sklearn的几件事，但我已经尝试了所有提议的解决方案（归结为：pip3 install -U和apt install在任何情况下，也在帖子询问的东西除了preprocessor），但它仍然无济于事。

我遇到的问题是：
